Found this one on a Common Milkweed flower head in spite of just having seen my first female adult on June 15. Plus not having spotted any eggs despite actively looking for them; there must’ve been a sneaky female who visited my driveway Common Milkweed patch at some point.
Beautiful sun shiny day, very comfortable 24°C with wind WNW at 17 km/h. Time observed 13:20.
