I have had very few Monarchs visiting this year so far. Very different than last year. I found three cats in their final stages a couple of days ago (they had been well hidden) one made it to chrysalis yesterday and so far looks small but healthy. One was caught in the web of a black widow. :(. The other has disappeared but yesterday I literally saw it drop and writhe so I’m guessing T fly? Very upsetting so far. Temperatures have been horrible. High 90’s and 100’s. Although cooler nights.
