Monarch Adult (FIRST sighted)
Sightings report image

Date: 06/27/2022

Number: 2

I was surprised to see an adult Monarch off and on all day yesterday around my yard. Now today there are 2 of them. They were going all over my lilac looking for food I think but the flowers have passed. This is a very old huge lilac. My house was built in 1894 it is very old as well so maybe the Monarchs have been coming here to Albion for a long time. I wish they had food sources here. I will attach a picture of my lilac "tree".
