Checked 3 plants, found: 0 eggs, 3 eggs, 5 eggs, respectively; 1 adult flying in the area but don't know if it was the female that laid these eggs; it flew off. Don't know the milkweed species. Location was in an un-mowed area containing a patch of milkweed, back-of-lot between residential and a strip mall.
