Male. A little before 4 pm. Warm day, not too ,u h wind. Spent a couple of hours in my yard, nectaring on Buddleia, Yarrow, Delphinium, perhaps narrowleaf milkweed. Would rest in trees a bit the circle yard again. And again.
Sorry photo not better; he seemed skittish of human company.
