Morning-noon, from 11:30 am to 12:40 pm, middle 75'F, partly cloudy, wind SN 6 mph. Most Monarchs were feeding on Swamp Milweed along the east trail and around central pond in Acacia reservation. One Monarch was flying around two high stems of Common Milkweed which was ready to bloom. This Monarch seemed searching place to lay eggs. It tried to fly along the stems but high dry grass does not permit it to reach the ground.
