My friend, Larry, phoned me at 7 PM to say he has counted 15 monarchs today at 4 different locations around the town of Harrisville. It might be a recent emergence, because all were brightly colored orange. All were observed around common milkweed patches. I also reported one monarch to JN today bringing today's total to 16.
