Female.
Was active in my front yard Waystation off & on from 2 pm to about 4:30 pm
About 90 degrees F, average wind 5 mph. Mostly sunny.
She rested in trees, nectared a bit on Buddleia, and visited milkweed species around the yard but focused on narrowleaf. Very unusual in my yard where there is also showy, swamp, tropical and one asperula.
It looked like she was ovipositing on the narrowleaf on young flower bud clusters. She did. I will post a photo taken the day after separately
