18 stems perennis in 10x 10 rain garden under live oak tree. Location is in large suburban back yard. Two stems in bud, the rest smaller but each with at least 4 pairs of leaves.
No monarch eggs, larvae or butterflies observed. Filed a zero report for these observations separately. I usually net these plants through the summer to prevent 0E transmission, this year is the first in 5 years there is no observable monarch activity here.
