First summer in 5 years seeing almost no monarch activity. I propagate perennis and incarnata for seed so I usually net these in the summer to prevent breeding (and OE transmission). But this year I stopped netting at half way because I’m not seeing evidence of monarchs. Photo shows a netted plant, I am reporting on 23 pkants that a nearby but not netted.
