Monarch Butterfly. I live on 24 acres in country, half is wild fields...we maintain a Monarch watch Waystation. My Waystation consists of State Fair Zinnia and Mexican Sunflower. Also have flowerbeds with other pollinator friendly flowers. Much milkweed on property. Today noted at least 3 Monarchs, as well as other pollinators. Two Monarchs were flying bye attached...mating. Other times today single Monarchs nectaring and visiting young growth milkweed depositing eggs.
