Spotted 2 pairs this morning nectaring about 9:30am in the vicinity of the botanical garden. One pair was observed leaving together heading east toward the river. The second pair were chasing each other over the trees before I lost sight of them.
Those were the only Monarchs observed in the area since last week, as we had a cold front with rain move thru at that point, with today being the first warm sunny day since then.
