I have approximately 6 caterpillars which are 4 days old, 2 chrysalidis, and at least 15 eggs ready to hatch in individual containers outside. The chrysalidis formed; one yesterday and one today. The eggs are gathered mostly off Swamp Milk Weed which I grow in a pot on my patio, and common Milk Weed in front of my house on a busy street. I also have a patch of Swamp Milk Weed on the southside of my house. My neighbor grows a lot of Common Milk Weed in her yard.
I observed the Monarchs mostly on my Swamp Milk Weed feeding.
