It flew briefly through our front yard and was near our blooming butterfly bush. It landed on an ornamental tree and luckily my camera was close and I got this photo. It seems it was only in our yard for a minute but maybe it was there before I saw it. It headed in a southerly direction and I'm glad it took off as we have many birds in our yard and a huge thunderstorm came in that night and it poured rain in buckets, difficult for butterflies I would guess. Jim saw it too.
