I have a medium-small garden full of milkweed.
They showed up several years ago and I have not allowed them to be removed. They have proliferated. This year, circumstances have prevented anyone from working in the garden.
Last year we observed many butterflies, eggs, and caterpillars. Never could find the cocoons
