Practice Report (Any Species)

Date: 08/02/2022

Number: 1

I went golfing and saw three monarchs flying in patches of common milkweed on the course. No less than 200 + commonmilkweed plants through the course and at least three dozen swamp milkweeds along edges of various water hazards in full bloom. I was golfing so I didn’t have time to count eggs or look for larva. There were also black swallowtail and eastern tiger swallowtails (yellow variety) and even one oriole.
