Our Monarch friend spent an hour immersed in the tantalizing nectar of the Cup Flowers.

Difficult to photograph because the “Cups” are 10 -12 feet tall! When the Monarch wasn’t at the top, you couldn’t see her because she was refueling, hidden in all the gorgeous full bloom!

With our dearth of milkweeds this year, how it gladdened our hearts!
