This yard has common, swamp and butterfly weed milkweed. Monarch caterpillars were seen on common and butterfly weed. There was also one adult on Joe Pye Weed. There also appear to be lots of predator insects and spiders, as well as birds, making it extremely challenging for the caterpillars.
