Seemed like it was trying to feed on the butterfly bush in my yard. Flittering quickly from flower to flower. I am pretty sure it had a wasp chasing it. I watched both the Monarch and the wasp bounce between 3 or 4 flowers before it flew away. You can also see the wasp in the picture.
