I fill my greenhouse every year with milkweed. This year it was overwhelmed with aphids! After numerous attempts of removing them from the plants it was a loss cause, they won. They managed to destroy just about every plant. So a week ago I decided to save as many Monarchs I can, find and put them in rearing cages.Every day I search to find the last remaining caterpillars. First week found approximately 120. Yesterday in the photo approximately 70 some. Today I searched and found 40 some more! Just checked and have 38 in chrysalis and 28 in J formation.
