Young male American redstart (warbler) new to our yard kept attacking our sliding glass door (protecting its territory?) from its own reflection. It was attracted to our desk to investigate the night-blooming cereus that bloomed last night. It perched on the metal support several times. A first for us to see...it kept flashing its yellow and gray/black tail as it flutter-attacked.
