Yesterday's sub adult male did a U swoop down into desert willow tree at 8 a.m. today. Might be a broadtail as I've seen that flight pattern when living in Colorado. He did go to purple gurantica, Aimsted. Watches squirells running about in also blooming desert willow tree and pergola top.
Will keep a look out to determine if he is not a rubythroat. Need to see tail speed if orange on underside bottom feathers. Stormy for now, and not many buds of Hamelia open today.
