So far today another long black beak one that could be a black chin went to JB feeder at 7 a.m. then around 9 a.m The small brown one came to purple Aimstead, Hamelia pattens/scarlet as did last night until dusk. Then was sighted on west side going up and down out of olive tree that is next to Fiery Hamelia (yellow/red) blooming. No chasing yet. They're coming in thru one by one.
Native plant places finally getting new not burnt leaf hummingbird nectar plants. It took 2 years from 2920 ice out to get Rokin deep purple salvia, Millionaire cuphea they like.
