I saw two in one day the second one I found when I was walking down the neighborhood road looking for bugs and in my neighbors yard I see a female monarch butterfly on a butterfly bush. I swooped my net towards it to scare it off the plant and it flew towards me. Once it was close enough I caught it and walked home. Then I released it back in the wild.
