The 4 Monarchs I sighted were feeding on nectar from what appeared to be either yellow cone flowers and/or sunflowers. These flowers were sited around the perimeter of a storm water retention pond. Monarchs were also seen in flight as well; sometimes flying close together. Also found some milkweeds sited around one side of the pond. No eggs or larvae present on these. Weather conditions: sunny to part cloudy and fairly humid.
