My ruby-throats are consuming approximately two cups of sugar water a day. There is a lot of chasing and feeder guarding going on. Currently I have two adult males and I'm not able to tell which of the rest are adult females and which are juveniles. I haven't spotted any juveniles with ruby feathers beginning to fleck their throats so I haven't identified any as being juvenile males.
