At least 5 ruby-throated hummers today. 2 males, 3 females. Had a male and female scolding me this morning, hovering inches over my head, while I watered flowers near a nectar feeder. They didn't want me to intrude around "their" flowers. Several times this summer a ruby throat has come to nectar as I was hanging up a feeder with fresh nectar. So cool to feel the vibration from their wings and see them eye-to-eye!
