A female ruby throat, nectaring from Lobelia cardinalis and bee balm. The bee balm blossoms are getting 'over the hill,' so when she withdrew from each flower, a tubule of bright pink would frequently stay stuck on her beak. She would make a quick flick with her head to shake it off, then move on to the next sip. Very cute.
