Mostly males chasing each other around my milkweed and Buddleia bushes but I did watch a female lay an egg on one large common Milkweed plant. I have 3 or 4 types of milkweed and usually have a few dozen caterpillars by now. So far this is the first egg I have seen in 2022. However I have not been out there looking as often as I did in the past.

Will file another report for the egg.
