From 11 AM to 7 PM in my joe-pye-weed garden, I observed one female at 3:15 PM that than took off heading SW. At 4:07 PM, two male monarchs came to nectar followed by another male at 5:28 PM. Finally, another male came to nectar at 6:30 PM. They all left at 7:15 PM when it began to drizzle. Weather was sunny and humid with the Wind SSE-14-29 mph. The Temperature topped out at 81F.
