1 of a few ruby-throated hummingbirds still here after many summer locals left on Tuesday Aug. 30 after a feeding frenzy Monday evening, Aug. 29. I didn't realize Monday evening the ruby-throats were tanking up to leave. I should have known. Feeding activity this evening was noticeably reduced. Quitting time was 7:58 pm CDT this evening.
