Point Pelee National Park Tip
6:20-7:50pm Sunset 8pm
27°c hot & very humid 92% humidity. Partly cloudy with SE wind @ 5/7kmh. Overnight low 19c.
Stalled coldfront to the north. System south of Lake Erie.

Driving past Sparrow Field observed about a dz monarchs nectaring on woodland sunflowers.
Observed same at Tip Tower base.
Others arrived from the NW & either joined those nectaring or settled in nearby trees, Hackberry & other at 12-15' up.
Mostly males; did see 1 female.
All pristine.
None seen further down the Tip or on the Tip.

Observations by clicker, eye, binoculars and camera.

A few interested visitors.
