That's 4 during the course of the day. The lady in the pic was dumping eggs all over what few Showy milkweeds I have left and then this guy decided to give it a go. The males that preceeeded the egg layer were playing chase with each other and the Eastern Black Swallowtail males; it was a glorious sight to see.
