One of my regular females spent the better part of an hour on the rope swing, at a feeder, and, I think, getting salvia nectar. This particular bird likes to spread her wings while perched and also likes to spread her tail feathers. I've never seen that before. Today, she stretched from tip to to every once in a while.

Activity and feeding is waaaay down, so I suspect my friends to be on their way any time now. I was surprised they didn't leave before the storm today, but it's nice every day I see one this time of the year.
