Six monarch butterflies were sited on the liatris plants at the Friends of North Prairie Native Gardens, located in the Prairie Village Park, North Prairie, WI. These gardens are maintained by volunteers in North Prairie and Eagle area. All plants are native along with a native seeded prairie next to the blooming native gardens. These gardens were established in 2021 as a monarch restoration site.
