While swimming at huntinton Beach in bay village, OH, I watched the monarchs fly southbound from over the lake to the shore. I was swimming for about half an hour and roughly saw 1-3 monarchs per minute.After swimming, I stopped at cahoon park, which is right next to the beach, in time to see about 30 monarchs land in surrounding trees. This is a picture of some of them.
