For about an hour between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. Monarchs were crossing Sandusky Bay and roosting in the trees along the south border. Most were clustering in groups of eight to twenty. Light rain began about 7 p.m. They were clustering in maple trees, gray dogwood, poplar, and a few in willow trees.
