Day started with 49 degrees and warm nectar delivered before 7am. Our small guests started talking and appearing at 7:17 AM. They're appearing a little later every morning, as our daylight hours proceed towards fall.
The afternoon has been pleasant, overcast and cool (66 degrees).All observed guests are little girls. There's a group of 3 that consistently play, eat, fly together.
There's an abundance of feeders and flowers in the habitat.
Primarily necturing from: salvias,butterfly bushes, lantanas, impatients, and clematis ragouchi plants this afternoon.
Perching,preening on small branches and fences near their favorite feeders.
All jeweled guests appear to be healthy,and plump.
