Late morning for an hour we saw monarch’s refueling and possibly warming up after 3 successive days of rain.
Park is less than 1/2 mile south of Lake Erie.
1/5 were high in the trees of nearby woods
Remaining monarchs low ground on wild flowers
Nectaring on Queen Ann’s Lace and goldenrod
Partly sunny and warming up
