Monarch PEAK Migration
Sightings report image

Date: 09/17/2022

Number: 92

Here are 2 of at least 90 monarchs we had travel through our butterfly gardens today. It was mostly sunny, a humidex high of 31C. The winds were from the SW and SSW with some gusts at times. But the monarchs seemed to make out okay. At about 5 p:m they all just seemed to disappear as is ifon cue. We are still seeing more males than females here. Waystation #13039
