Observed 12 monarchs nectaring during the day on marigolds, zinnias, asters and sedum. 81F, light southerly breeze. This evening we observed 15 in the trees getting ready to roost, one roost was 5. Not a big roost but more monarchs than we have seen in the last 2 weeks. Dis recapture one monarch we tagged earlier.
