Photo was taken in my poplar willow west windbreak around 7:00 pm Central time. Monarchs had been busy all day nectaring on goldenrod, then starting roosting as dusk approached. So far the largest number of monarchs seen to date this fall. This photo is only of one grouping on the willows. There were several others ranging from 5-20 or more in a cluster.
