Much cooler this morning than yesterday (54 at 8:00 compared to 71 yesterday at 8:00). Almost had 2 birds on the feeder simultaneously - the one already on didn’t chase the other one away, but the other one decided not to risk it anyway. Just timed one 40 second slurp followed by a 13 second slurp (brief pause in between). I can practically see them gaining weight. Currently have 2 squabbling over possession. Both female/immature ruby throats.
