Chisholm Creek Park - Wichita, KS.

This afternoon I saw an estimated 100 or more adult Monarchs resting in a small grove of trees and occasionally nectaring on nearby Goldenrod and Maximillian Sunflowers. I tagged 22. I expect some of them to roost there tonight. It may be a peak at this location. I hope to have an update on this tomorrow.
