We raised a caterpillar that we found on our playground milkweed until it’s emergence today.
It appeared to be healthy, and after drying her wings for a bit, we put it outside to warm up and prepare for flight.
Sunny, breezy, 68 degrees.
So happy to share the excitement of monarch magic with my students!
