All monarchs sighted heading southwest. Stopped at butterfly bush in our yard then flew on. One at a time over the course of a few hours.
Have observed large numbers fly this way each fall the last 5 years . This was the first day this year I have seen the same flight path to the southwest.
Have seen individual monarchs for about the last week in our yard. Currently we have about 2 or more chrysalis. Two
Confirmed but could be more in yard I have not yet found.
