There is a well-established bald eagle nest overlooking a busy highway, west of the Mpls/St Paul metro area, near Medina, MN.
I often see the white head of this bald eagle, sitting in the huge nest they've had for awhile, as I saw again on July 14th.

I was able to pinpoint the nest via Google maps, so I'll include that since I didn't stop to take a picture.
