for about a week starting around 09/26/2022, I saw numerous large monarchs every day. I was watering my lawn everyday holding a sprayer and they were drawn to the water - flying very close to and even through the spray. One day in particular there were 4 large monarchs on the wet lawn at the same time! Normally this time of year I am lucky to see one or two total.
