This morning at 9:45 I was returning from a run and happened to see a monarch sunning on the leaves of a dogwood tree. I went to get my camera but when I came out I saw it floating up into the tree tops behind the house. It may be one I saw yesterday that roosted near my house. This morning it was around 60 degrees, sunny with no breeze, but Monday night a cold front is coming in that will bring very cold temperatures here.
