Submitted by Don Davis: Marg Millard wrote today: "As we drove into Bridgewater, Nova Scotia,from Oakhill this morning, a Monarch Butterfly fluttered up off a stand of the Blue Wild (New England) Asters along the roadside just before the Bridgewater sign. I was in the passenger seat and had a good look at it; a female, looking quite fresh. I was a surprise as the car said outside temperature was 12 C (or 53.6 F). I suppose it might have been in a sunny spot long enough to warm it.
